Portable RCD (Residual Current Device)

2. Description:

When using electric appliances, faulty insulation, touching of live parts or autonomous restart of a device after the return of voltage subsequent to a dropout can cause severe sometimes fatal accidents. Our residual current circuit breaker (PRCD) with no-volt release provides reliable protection against such events. Simply plug it between the socket outlet and the electric device. The test button allows to test the functionality of the PRCD at any time. Should a residual current occur while using an electric device, the PRCD will detect it and immediately disconnect the device from the mains connection (2 poles).
This PRCD is especially suitable for use on construction sites, in homes, and gardens.

For your own protection when working with any electrical tools and particularly important when using lawn mowers or hedge trimmers. In the unfortunate event of an accident the RCD (Residual Current Device) will cut the power immediately. It is important, though, that it is plugged directly into the socket and that any extension lead is then plugged into the adaptor rather than placing the adaptor between extension reel and tool.

4. Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE FOR "PRCD" SAFETY DEVICE
PLUG INTO POWER SUPPLY. LIGHT(B)WILL BE NORMAL SITUATION,
FOR TESTING: PUSH TEST BUTTON(A). POWER WILL CUT OFF, LIGHT(B)WILL BE OFF AND RESET BUTTON(C)WILL BE POP UP.
FOR RESET: PUSH RESET BUTTON(C), POWER WILL BE ON AND LIGHT WILL BE ON.



5. Warning
IF AFTER PUSH TEST BUTTON(A)THE POWER DOESN'T CUT OFF AND/OR THE LIGHT(B)IS STILL ON, IT MEANS THE "PRCD"SAFETY DEVICE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
IF AFTER PUSH RESET BUTTON(A)THE POWER IS STILL CUT OFF AND/OR THE LIGHT(B)IS STILL OFF, IT MEANS THE WATER HEATER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
IN THE ABOVE CASES, STOP USING THE WATER HEATER AND CALL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
